Mode of Delivery
Goods are supplied directly by our seller (distributor) partners either through their own transport or with the help of 3rd party transport companies. Zeroventory does not track the shipping and delivery of goods. All customers are responsible for matching the quality and quantity of goods supplied by the distributor with the invoice raised in the system.
In some cases, where Zeroventory India Private Limited is the seller, it may deliver goods using its own transport services or by utilizing the services of 3rd party transport companies. Customer will be informed of the same prior to delivery.
All services offered by Zeroventory are offered electronically.
Shipping Charges
All deliveries made by our distributor partners are free of delivery charges. In some cases, where our distributor partner uses the services of a 3rd party delivery company, shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Services offered by Zeroventory do not contain any shipping charges as these are offered electronically.
Time to Ship
Shipping timeline varies from one distributor to other depending on geographical presence of the distributor and type of good ordered.
Delay in delivery/Damaged Broken good
We try our best to deliver orders in committed timeline. In some cases, where delivery is delayed due to non-availability of goods from manufacturer, holiday/peak season, we will inform you through our regular communication channels about the same.
Damaged/Broken Goods
Zeroventory does not offer any guarantee on the quality of the goods as these are directly supplied by our distributor.
In case a customer is not happy with the goods delivered, it can notify Zeroventory through an email on info@zeroventory.in. Zeroventory may suspend the collection of such invoices after discussion with the distributor.
